Crossed Oaks Haven

Details pending at this writing but this wil be a benefit event to donate hair and funding to the Wigs for Kids program.  It costs about $1800 per child to make them an individually designed wig.  

Currently we have 1 donor volunteer of hair.  She would have benefitted from a program such as this when she was a child.  We will need more donors male and female welcome.  Your hair has to be at least 12 inches long.

We will probably do an on line donation as well as hopefully have an event at a resort with raffles and bake sale and possible other measures to reach a goal of helping at least 1 child.

September is childhood cancer awareness.  The foundation does wigs for kids for more than just cancer.
